Mock City of Calgary Documents

Tasked with increasing the user understanding, readability and usability of mock technical policy, process, and procedure documents found on the City of Calgary website. I revamped the content, and understanding of these technical documents with the use of Information architecture principles taught in BComm Information Design sequence of courses. All technical documentation for this project was developed in Microsoft word, by developing custom styles, spacing, and revision tools, using the program to its fullest capacity.
